Das Ziel? Buchungsbest\u00e4tigungen und E-Mails vor der Ankunft in aussagekr\u00e4ftige, personalisierte Erlebnisse zu verwandeln.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die meisten Hotels verschicken generische E-Mails w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Reise des Gastes. <b><strong>SUMMETIX<\/strong><\/b> hebt die Personalisierung auf die n\u00e4chste Stufe und hebt automatisch relevante Aktivit\u00e4ten und lokale Veranstaltungen hervor, die auf dem Zeitplan und den Interessen des Gastes basieren. Durch die Integration mit stadtbezogenen sozialen Medien und anderen relevanten Informationsquellen liefern automatisierte E-Mails nun ein individuelles G\u00e4steerlebnis.<\/p>\n\n<p>Und so funktioniert es:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bevor eine E-Mail versendet wird, erhalten die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eine vorgeschlagene Nachricht zur schnellen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung.
