2025: A Year of Growth and Innovation at SUMMETIX

SUMMETIX IRIS

2025 marked a pivotal year for SUMMETIX with a flagship rebrand, major product upgrades, talent hires, and stronger presence in Germany’s AI ecosystem. 

New Products 

SUMMETIX ASSIST is now SUMMETIX IRIS – our secure, human-controlled AI assistant for customer service teams across industries. Key features include central email routing, high-quality draft replies, audio transcription, document summarization, and decision support.

  1. Central email routing – automatically structures and assigns incoming mails to the right department. 
  2. High-quality draft replies – creates professional answers in the correct tone and fully compliant with rules. 
  3. Audio transcription – turns recordings (meetings, calls, hearings) into text with speaker detection. 
  4. Document & protocol summarization – Intelligent grouping and categorization of answers and smart preview of similar questions (with document preview) 
  5. Support for official decisions – helps draft formal notices and rulings based on inspection reports. 

We also continued to enhance SUMMETIX PRO – our analytics dashboard for customer insights and trends. The highlight was the new Advanced Query Builder (now with custom Rules and Groups) for even more precise analysis. Together with renowned automotive analyst Jürgen Pieper we launched the Car Future Index using PRO: predicted vehicle-model success, industry trends, and stock performance up to 12 months ahead using social-media feedback and macroecnomical data. 

Finally, we introduced SUMMETIX SCORE – structured comparisons of investments, clients, regions, and scenarios with transparent scoring and full auditability.
